Terms of Sale
1. Scope
These terms govern all sales on nomadovest.com between Nomad Ovest (Tallo Gadji Celi Carmel Junior, auto-entrepreneur, SIRET 100 229 244 00015) and consumers. Placing an order implies full acceptance.
2. Products
Limited editions, while stocks last.
3. Prices
In euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B CGI. Shipping costs added at checkout.
4. Orders & payment
Secure online payment by card via Stripe. The order is confirmed after payment is received.
5. Shipping
Shipped within 48 business hours. Delivery 2–6 business days in Europe, 5–15 business days internationally. Any customs duties are the recipient's responsibility.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. Notify us with a clear statement, then return the item unworn, in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days. Refund (including standard delivery) within 14 days of notification, via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
7. Legal warranties
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (art. L217-3 et seq. Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. Civil Code).
8. Consumer mediation

9. Applicable law
French law.
